Dun Carloway broch, Lewis, Scotland - Lewis, Ecosse - 18748
Dun Carloway broch, Lewis, Scotland - Lewis, Ecosse - 18748 |
Description: |
18748 - Format: 35mm, velvia film - Location: Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides, Scotland, UK (Lewis, Ecosse, GB) - Dun Carloway Broch (Dun Charlabhaigh Broch), one of the many (over 500) brochs on the Atlantic coast of the north of Scotland. But this one is amongst the best preserved, with seaward wall more than 30 feet. (100 BC - 100 AD) Lewis, Hebrides, Scotland.
Dun Carloway broch (Dun Charlabhaigh broch). Lewis, Hebrides, Scotland |
